The present as it is

As many of you already know, this summer will is dedicated to game development! I will be attending a start-up studio in Denmark, where I will be a “freelance” programmer. My area will be wherever I want it to be, meaning I am free to choose which projects to work on, et cetera.

The goal is to basically create as many projects as possible, and also to code for these people significantly enough to make it to the credits of their games. As promised, I will be narrating about the best practices and the hick ups and learned lessons.

I will do my best to keep this blog updated constantly and keep maintaining its content during this period.

Future plans

To tell you all the truth, I have plenty of ideas for this website; some are a priority, some aren’t.

I will start with the things I think will definitely become a part of this website:

DirectX 10 tutorials.

Book reviews

Game programming challenges and tasks.

Game development curriculums

Features of must-know resources and websites on the internet for indie and commercial developers.

Some of these are self explaining – and to tell you the truth, I do not want to go into specifics, as I am in no state to plan these in every single detail.

The last is an initiative I would like to take, where podcasts such as iPhone roundup and XNA Roundup (which can be found on YouTube), will be featured and explained why these are great resources for developers.

If you are looking for a message board (also known as a forum), then fear not! I will definitely make one or two, once I have decided who this websites audience are.

Keep tuned for many more announcements and content coming up on the site!

Sincerely,

Mossa Nova
